Special BSTC Notification 2023
Rehabilitation Council of India has invited applications for Special BSTC through offline mode. The offline applications of Special BSTC will be done for around 19000 seats across the country. You can apply through Special BSTC Notification by downloading the offline application form and filling it, apart from this you will be able to get all the information of Special BSTC through Special BSTC Notification.
What is the special BSTC?
What is Special BSTC? SPECIAL BSTC is a course of two years duration. Through this course, training is given to teach differently-abled children. Special BSTC is a course for children with special needs (CWSN) to study. The training of this course is conducted by the Rehabilitation Councils of India. The duration of this course is of 2 years. And after the completion of the special BSTC course, studies are conducted by the teachers in the primary schools.
What are the types of Special BSTC?
A total of 18 types of courses are offered in Special Bstc. Some of the courses are listed below

- VI- Visually Impaired
- PI – Physically Impaired
- MI – Mobility Impaired

Application Fee
General / OBC / EWS / SC / ST category candidates applying for Special BSTC will have to pay an application fee of ₹ 200. While PwD candidates are exempted from the application fee.
Age Limit
There is no provision of age limit for Special BSTC 2023. Means you can do special BSTC 2023 course at any age.
Educational Qualification
The applicant applying for Special BSTC will have the following Educational Qualification:
Applicants applying in Special BSTC 2023 must have passed 12th class with minimum 50% marks from any recognized institution or board. Reserved categories are given relaxation in the percentage of minimum marks.
Selection Process
No type of examination will be conducted for Special BSTC 2023. That is, the candidate will be selected on the basis of merit list. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of 12th marks.

Applications for Special BSTC will be made offline from 5 June 2023 to 5 July 2023. You can apply offline by visiting the nearest college. As we mentioned above that the merit list will be prepared on the basis of 12th marks. And Special bstc 2023 Merit List will be released on 26 July 2023. That is, you can assume that the special bstc result will be released on 26 July 2023.
How To Apply Special BSTC Application Form
How to fill the Application Form for Special BSTC 2023? Applications for Special BSTC will be done offline. The process of filling the Special BSTC Offline Form will be as follows:-
- First of all the applicant has to visit the official website rehabcouncil.nic.in.
- Now you have to download the application form of Rajasthan Special BSTC 2023 there.

- After downloading the application form, it has to be printed on a good quality paper of A4 size.
- Now the application form has to be filled carefully.
- Attach the required documents with the application form.
- Now submit the application form to your nearest college within the stipulated time.

- 10th and 12th class mark sheet
- 10th and 12th class certificate
- Passport size photograph and signature of the candidate
- Aadhar card or domicile certificate
